Innovation Spotlight
RECYCLE-READY ONE PIECE TUBE
This unique one piece monomaterial tube design reduces resin usage by up to 55% by cutting the thickness of the sleeve and integrating the tube head and closure in one component while preserving the functionality of the dispensing closure on the user-friendly package. Available in either PE or PP material to make a recycling-ready package for the environmentally-minded brand and consumer.
TUBE IN TUBE DESIGN
Our innovative Tube-in-Tube design features two layers, combining two different formulas within a single package. This double-chamber system allows the contents to come out separately, then integrate into one, creating an artistic effect when squeezed. With optional different orifices, this patented product enhances durability and reduces contamination risks while providing customizable aesthetics to meet specific branding needs and appeal to discerning consumers.
Our Sustainability Initiatives
Innovative, Eco-Friendly Materials for a Greener Tomorrow
At UDN, our unwavering commitment to sustainability drives us to continuously innovate and offer eco-friendly material options. We prioritize reducing environmental impact by providing packaging solutions made from PCR (post-consumer recycled), bio-resin from sugarcane, and ocean-bound plastics. These sustainable materials significantly lower carbon footprints and align with our mission to protect the planet while helping brands meet their sustainability goals.
Bio-Resin Sugarcane
UDN provides bioplastics derived from sugarcane, which is a 100% renewable resource. After use, our sugarcane tubes can directly enter the traditional PE plastic recycling chain for recycling and reuse.
PCR Materials
UDN utilizes Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) materials sourced from single-use packaging, specifically recycled milk containers. Compliant with FDA standards, the percentage of PCR used can range from 20% to 100%.
Ocean-bound Plastic
Sourcing discarded fishing nets from China's coastline, our materials comply with EU REACH standards, are certified by GRS and OBP and reduce the use of virgin plastics, lessening the environmental footprint of packaging.
