Sustainable Monomaterial Spouted Pouches
MENSHEN's LoTUS™ spout resolves a major sustainability issue in spouted pouch packaging by enabling the use of a single material for the entire package, making it easier to recycle compared to multi-material counterparts. Previously, monomaterial solutions were problematic due to poor seal integrity at high temperatures on existing machinery.
The LoTUS™ spout overcomes this by withstanding high temperatures, ensuring robust seals and thereby enhancing the environmental benefits of packaging by simplifying the recycling process, reducing waste and promoting a more sustainable life cycle for pouches.
