7 Stand-Out Components to Look out for at Cosmoprof Las Vegas

Tomorrow kicks off the 21st Edition of Cosmoprof Las Vegas, one of the world’s largest trade shows for packaging, manufacturing, and finished products in America. Known for showcasing innovative brands and suppliers, Cosmoprof Las Vegas offers an in-depth look into the latest trends in the beauty industry. While our team will be attending to scout the latest and greatest innovations, we’ve put together a preview of seven innovative components to watch for at Cosmoprof Las Vegas. Check them out below!

APG Customizable Trigger Sprayer

Our first feature component is APG’s new cross-category Trigger Sprayer. This trigger sprayer has an angled housing providing an ergonomic spraying experience that minimizes user strain, improves reach and coverage, and reduces dripping for a waste-free application. This component initially caught our eye because virtually every part of it can be customized from the spray patterns, to nozzle types (including foaming!), to colors and decoration styles. Available in 28/410 and 28mm Rachet neck sizes, this component is a welcome improvement to traditional sprayers used widely across the beauty, home & care, and industrial sectors.

ELCOS Group Refillable Glass Airless Series

ELCOS Group’s refillable glass airless bottle is a stunning new eco-friendly solution. Already recognized as a finalist in the Cosmoprof NA Awards for “Packaging: Design & Materials,” this refillable component features an inner PP bottle and an outer glass bottle. ELCOS aims to make the refill process as easy as possible. To refill, simply unscrew the pump top and drop the inner bottle into the outer glass bottle—nothing more. Used inner PP bottles are fully recyclable, as is the outer glass bottle. With the growing demand for sustainable solutions and plastic reduction, we expect to see more brands adopting solutions like the Glass Airless Series.

EPL Glow in the Dark Tubes

You read that right, glow in the dark tubes! EPL’s glow in the dark decoration capabilities are sure to catch the eye 🔦EPL uses a highly specialized in finish on its tubes to, as suggested by the name, illuminate in part or all of the tube in the absence of any light source. Available across a majority of EPL’s laminate and plastic tube options, we can’t stop thinking about all the different ways these tubes could be used across beauty & personal care, Pharma & health, and kids products. EPL’s glow in the dark tubes are unique, recognizable, and a very interesting differentiation point in competitive aisles.

NF Beauty Center Dispense Bottle

Style 👏 Style 👏 Style 👏. We’re big fans of NF Beauty’s Center Dispense Bottle for its combination of aesthetic appeal and functional benefits. The Center Dispense Bottle is all about being mess-free; the squeeze bottle features a secure, leak-resistant seal and a center dispensing point on the top of the cap. This design facilitates precise application of liquid products without the need for multi-part closures like pumps, sprayers, or flip-top caps. We love the sleek look of the dispenser top and think it’s a great way to enhance shelf presence while still considering digital channels.

APC Packaging Clear Strong PET Jar Series:

Earlier this month, APC unveiled their all-new PET Jar Series: JEBH and JEBL. These jars complement APC’s existing ranges of thick-walled PP jars and glass jars. The JEBH and JEBL PET jars offer a lightweight, shatter-resistant alternative to glass, perfect for brands seeking clear packaging solutions.
